• Do NOT shower or bath afterwards for 8 hours.
• Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water for three days.
• Do NOT use creams or lotions during these days.
• No salt, sugar, caffeine, alcohol/carbonated drinks for 3 days.
• Avoid fried and fatty foods for 3 days.
• No hot showers for 3 days. Take only lukewarm showers during these days, keeping the solution in the pores to continue attracting toxins.
• Repeat the wrap again on Day 3 & 7 covering the same area(s).
• Complete the third wrap 10 days after the first.
• On Day 4 of the last wrap you should take a hot shower, which will open your pores and flush out the toxins.
• Maintenance wrap should be done every 4 - 8 weeks for maximum results and continued loss.
